Radish and tofu soup
Tofu 1 block | Green radish 1 |
Onions 1 root | Corn oil 30g |
Salt 3 grams | Hot water Appropriate amount |

Prepare the required ingredients. Cut the tofu into 2cm square pieces, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.Step 2
Wash and cut green radish into thin slices and set aside.Step 3
Pour corn oil into the pot and turn on low heat. The oil temperature is 70% hot. Add tofu cubes and chopped green onions.Step 4
Brown the bottom of the tofu over low heat and pour hot water into it.Step 5
Add green radish slices and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.Step 6
