Red bean and millet porridge
Ingredients
- Red beans 50g
- Xiaomi 50g
- Sweet potato A small one
Steps
1. The main ingredients are as shown in the picture, red beans and millet
2. And a portion of sweet potatoes prepared in advance (although the shape is a bit hard to describe hahahaha)
3. Wash the red beans and soak them for 5 minutes, add 2 bowls of water into the pot, and cook over medium-low heat until the red beans are mature and appear slightly "blooming"
4. The millet is also washed in advance, cooked until mature, and then mixed into the red bean soup.
5. Cook until semi-sticky
6. Add steamed and cut sweet potato segments.
7. Turn to high heat and boil for about 1 minute, stirring while cooking to make the rice soup thick
8. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar/brown sugar and stir before serving
