How to make red bean soup

Step 1

Take about 200g of red beans, wash them once and soak them for 2 hours (I have a reservation later so the soaking time is short, but generally it still takes more than 6 hours. Soaking in warm water can shorten the time)

Step 2

Put soaked red beans into stew pots separately. The ratio of red beans to water is about 1:1.8. I put about two level spoons of sugar, and the long-handled spoon is not big. If you like the red beans thicker, add less water; if you like the soup thicker, add more water. The same goes for adding sugar. Just be careful not to fill the stew pot full. Step 3

I plugged in the electric stew pot at 11 o'clock in the evening, made an appointment for 6 hours, and selected the stewing time for 3 hours. It was already in the keep warm state at about 9 o'clock in the morning. Red bean soup (made in electric stew pot) illustration 4

I put it in the machine at night and can eat it directly in the morning. I don’t need to make an appointment and just choose the time.
