Salt and pepper razor clams
Ingredients
- Razor clam 300g
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chopped green onions 1 tablespoon
- Scallions Half amount
- Salt and pepper Half tablespoon
- Chop pepper Half tablespoon
Steps
1. The ingredients are ready.
2. Rinse off the fine sand from the razor clams repeatedly.
3. Put it on the plate.
4. Cut the green onion into sections and slice the garlic.
5. Place onions, garlic and chopped chilies on top of the razor clams.
6. Put in the steamer, boil the water and steam for 5 minutes.
7. Remove from the pot and place on a plate.
8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions for added flavor.
9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper according to your taste.
10. Serve it on the table and it tastes great.
Tips
- Salt and pepper itself is salty, so there is no need to add additional salt.
