Salted egg yolk shrimp tofu
Ingredients
- Egg yolk 2 pieces
- Silent Tofu 180g
- Shrimp 30g
- Onions 8 grams
- Starch water 8 grams
- Pepper 4 grams
Steps
1. Prepare the required ingredients
2. Beat the soft tofu into evenly sized cubes
3. Peel out the salted duck egg yolk and mash it
4. Peel off the shell of the prawns and clean them. You can also add some salt to marinate them
5. Pour oil into the hot pan, pour in the egg yolks and stir-fry
6. Add a bowl of boiling water and cook for half a minute
7. Add the tofu cubes and cook for a few seconds
8. Add shrimp and bring to boil
9. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and cook for half a minute. Pay attention to less salt
10. Add starch water to thicken
11. Bring to a boil and sprinkle in chopped green onion
12. Turn off the heat, serve on a plate, and enjoy!

- 1. Tofu can be soft tofu or Japanese tofu
- 2. JoinStarch water can increase the texture of the entire dish and make it smoother and more delicious, but be careful not to add too much starch water. If it becomes thick, it will lose its smoothness and tenderness
- 3. You can add a little less salt, because salted egg yolks and pickled shrimps both contain salt
