Sauce-flavored pork ribs braised rice
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 500g
- Rice 500g
- Diced carrots 50g
- Peas 50g
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Shitake mushroom sauce 2 tablespoons
- Onions and ginger Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Place the ribs in a pot under cold water and bring to a boil without covering the lid. The purpose of using cold water is to boil out the blood in the pork ribs as much as possible, and to leave the pot lid uncovered is to allow the odor to fully evaporate.
3. After the water boils, use a spoon to gently skim off the foam.
4. Remove the blanched ribs and set aside.
5. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and stir-fry the onion and ginger.
6. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry.
7. When the ribs are slightly browned, add two tablespoons of mushroom sauce.
8. Continue to stir-fry until each rib is evenly coated with sauce.
9. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt.
10. Add boiling water until the ribs are slightly covered.
11. After washing the rice, add diced carrots and peas.
12. Pour the ribs together with the soup into the rice cooker. Note that the amount of pork rib soup is the amount of water you usually add to rice.
13. Select the rice cooking function of the rice cooker.
14. After the rice is cooked, stir evenly and serve.
15. The very delicious sauce-flavored pork ribs braised rice makes you very appetizing just looking at it.
16. It’s so delicious that you can’t stop eating it.
Tips
