Scallop and seafood porridge
Ingredients
- Scallops 50g
- Shrimp 100g
- Rice 100g
- Scallions 1 root
- Ginger Small pieces
- Salt 3 grams
- White pepper Appropriate amount
- Oyster Sauce 8ml
- Light soy sauce 8ml
- Cooking wine 8ml
- Olive oil 3 grams
- Sesame oil A small amount
Steps
1. Prepare the scallops and soak them for 6-8 hours in advance.
2. Soak the scallops and set aside.
3. Prepare the shrimps.
4. Prepare green onions and ginger, cut them and set aside.
5. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and white pepper to the scallops, stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

17. Drop in sesame oil and chopped green onion.
18. Stir evenly and it’s ready to serve!
