Seasonal fruit sushi
Ingredients
- Sushi rice 200g
- Seasonal fruits 100g
- Salad dressing 40g
- Shrimp eggs 10g
Steps
1. Shape the sushi rice into 20 rectangular rice balls
2. Use seaweed strips 5cm wide and 15cm long to surround them from the edges, and stick the joints with rice
3. Peel the fruit, cut into appropriate size pieces, and mix well with salad dressing
