Secret Braised Pork
Pork belly 550g | White sugar 15g |
Old soy sauce 2 tablespoons | Cooking wine 2 tablespoons |
Ketchup 15ml | Salt A little |

Prepare materials as above.Step 2
Cut the pork belly into 1.5-2cm square pieces; blanch it in boiling water; remove the meat and add 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine to marinate for half an hour.Step 3
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add ginger slices.Step 4
Pour the marinated meat into the pot, stir-fry constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pot, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and simmer covered for half a minute.Step 5
Add 15ml tomato paste and continue to fry, add 15g sugar.Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying.Step 7
