Ingredients
- Pumpkin puree 270g

Steps
1. Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin, cut into thin slices, put it in a steamer, take it out after steaming for ten minutes, grind it into pumpkin puree with a spoon, add yeast and flour when it is warm to your hands.
2. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm and humid place.
3. When the dough has doubled in size, dip your hands in flour and poke holes on the top of the dough. If it does not collapse or shrink, the fermentation is successful.
4. Take out the dough, add an appropriate amount of flour, and knead it into a ball. There are no obvious large holes in the dough, and the texture is very delicate. The surface of the steamed buns will be smooth and plump
5. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions
6. 6 portions are used as bowls and 3 portions are used as fillings
