Shrimp and tofu pot
Live shrimp 500 grams | Tofu 2 blocks |

Step 1
Cut the shrimp heads diagonally, use the scissors to pick out the shrimp stomachs and discard them, wash them clean. Use a spatula to press out the oil while frying.Step 2
Add a little water, bring to a boil, discard the shrimp heads and reserve the juice for later use.Step 3
Use a toothpick to remove the shrimp tails from the shrimp tails, peel the shells, slice them, fry them in oil until they change color, pour in cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and serve.Step 4
Cut tofu (lactone tofu is not used) into small pieces and cook in boiling water for 2 minutes to remove some beany smell.Step 5
