Shrimp and Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- Fresh shrimp 100g
- Fat tofu 1 box
- Salted Egg 1 piece
- Chicken essence 2 small spoons
- Edible oil 1 spoon
Steps
1. Fresh shrimp, set aside
2. Prepare a box of fat tofu
3. Cut the fat tofu into cubes
4. Prepare water and add ginger
5. Boil
6. Blanch the shrimps and scoop them out
7. Serve in a bowl
8. Peel and devein the shrimp
9. Peeling salted eggs
10. Chop
11. Heat oil in the pot
12. Add salted eggs
13. Stir-fry over medium heat
14. Add tofu and stir-fry carefully to coat the tofu with salted egg yolk
15. Add shrimps and stir-fry slightly
16. Add appropriate amount of water
17. Cover the ingredients with water and turn to high heat
18. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 5 minutes
19. Just add chicken essence, because salted eggs are quite salty, no need to add salt
20. Start the pot and make shrimp and tofu soup, done
