Sichuan Spicy Boiled Fish
Ingredients
- Fish fillet 200g
- Pork belly 50g
- Fish feed 100g
- Lettuce tip One
- Garlic sprouts Two stalks
- Celery One stick
- Cilantro One
- Scallion One
- Chili noodles Appropriate amount
- Green and red pepper Appropriate amount
- Bean sprouts Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare the materials as shown in the picture.
2. Wash the fish fillets, add appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, pepper oil, cooking wine and starch, mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3. Cut the celery, garlic sprouts and lettuce tips into small sections, wash the bean sprouts and set aside.
4. Wash the coriander and shallots and soak them in salt water to sterilize them.
5. Cut into small pieces and set aside.
6. Cut the pork belly into small strips.
7.Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.
8. Add four kinds of side dishes, stir-fry until cooked and serve.
9. Place the fried side dishes at the bottom of the bowl.
10. Heat oil in a hot pan until it is 80% hot.
11. Add pork belly and stir-fry until as shown in the picture.
12. Add fish ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.
13. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.
14. Add the fish fillets and bring to a boil over high heat, then cook for 2 minutes.
15. Put the fish fillets into a bowl.
16. Spread the chili noodles and Sichuan peppercorns on top.
17. Heat oil in a hot pan until it is 80% hot.
18. Pour the oil on the chili noodles and Sichuan peppercorns and hear a sizzling sound.
19. Add coriander and green onions and it's ready.
