Step 1
Wash the duck wings, add cold water to the pot, add a spoonful of cooking wine, ginger and green onion to remove the fishy smell, and boil the water for two minutes.Step 2

2: If blanching is too troublesome, you can omit it. Wash the duck wings and cook them directly!
