Ingredients
- Clam 500g
- Ginger and garlic A little
- Cooking wine 2 teaspoons

Steps
1. Buy clams and wash them at home
2. Add salt and water to spit out the sediment (if you buy it at a seafood stall that has already spit out the sediment, this step can be omitted)
