Spicy hairtail fish
Ingredients
- hairtail 2
- Old ginger 5 slices
- Green onions 0.5 pieces
- Garlic 10 pieces
- Ginger powder 10g
- Minced green onion 10g
- Dried chili 30 pcs
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 35g
- Huang Feihong Spicy Peanuts 70g
- Salt 2 tablespoons
- Cooking wine 1 small spoon
- Pepper 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- Dry starch 50g
- White sesame seeds 1 small spoon
- Chicken powder 1 small spoon
- Scallions 1 piece
- Xiaomi Spicy 2 pieces
Steps
1. Remove the head and tail of the hairtail, remove the belly, tear off the black membrane in the belly, wash and cut into sections for later use; prepare other ingredients: ginger slices, green onions, garlic cloves, minced ginger, Minced green onions, dried chilies, Sichuan peppercorns, Huang Feihong spicy peanuts;
2. Gently score both sides of the hairtail, mix with minced green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, salt, and pepper. Stir evenly and marinate for more than 30 minutes;
3. Gently pat the marinated hairtail with a thin layer of dry starch;
4. Connect the electric baking pan to the power supply, brush the oil, and start the "preheating" program;
5. After "preheating" is completed, add hairtail and fry until both sides are golden;
6. Drain the fried hairtail and set aside;
7. Heat the wok, pour in appropriate amount of rapeseed oil and fry until cooked, then turn to low heat;
8. Add ginger slices, green onions and garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant;
9. Add dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant;
10. Add the fried hairtail and stir-fry slightly;
11. Add Huang Feihong spicy peanuts and stir-fry;
12. Add appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, salt and chicken powder;
13. Stir well and turn off the heat;
14. Heat the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion and spicy millet.
Tips
- 1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own preferences;
- 2. If you are particularly fond of spicy food, you can cut the dried chili peppers into shorter lengths and put the chopped millet into the pot and stir-fry to create the spiciness; 2. li>
