Spicy Japanese Tofu
Ingredients
- Japanese tofu 400g
- Meat 50g
- Garlic
- Ginger
- cornflour
Steps
1. Japanese tofu is usually found in supermarkets where tofu is sold. Remove the outer shell. Cut into long, even lengths and set aside
2. Take a large plate, put the cut Japanese tofu on the plate, sprinkle some cornstarch, turn the bottom, and eat both sides
3. Cut the ginger into small pieces and slice the garlic
4. Chop the minced meat [If you want more flavor, you can add the minced meat to a small bowl. Add a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper, and a little cooking oil, stir well with your hands, and marinate for a while]
5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it until it is 70% hot, and add the tofu segments prepared previously. About four minutes
6. Pick it up and set aside
7. Leave a little oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic slices and saute until fragrant Then add the minced meat and fry together
8. Pour in a little cooking wine
9. Because I didn’t pickle it in advance, I added a little light soy sauce
10. More than half a bowl of hot water
11. Bring a spoonful of bean paste to a boil, add a little salt and chicken powder to taste
12. Pour in the fried tofu segments, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and cook slowly until the flavor is absorbed. Be careful to flip it in between
13. Pour in an appropriate amount of water starch, turn to high heat to collect the juice
