Spicy Maocai Hot Pot

Step 1
Oil tofu and crab sticks are ready.Step 2
Remove the heads and intestines of the red shrimp, wash them and set aside, and prepare the beef balls.Step 3
Choose and wash cauliflower, mushrooms, green vegetables and coriander.Step 4
Hot pot noodles and spicy maocai buns. No restriction on brand.Step 5

Add crab sticks, cover and cook for 1 minute.Step 12
Add the green vegetables and blanch for half a minute. Before serving, add coriander to the noodles and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.Step 13
