Spicy stinky tofu
Ingredients
- Stinky Tofu 300g
- Dry chili powder 15g
- Pepper powder 10g
- Rock sugar 2 capsules
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 2 spoons
- Oil Appropriate amount
- Water 200ml
Steps
1. Prepare stinky tofu
2. Cut into small pieces
3. Prepare dried chili powder
4. Prepare pepper powder
5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the stinky tofu
6. Fry until both sides are golden and add a little water
7. Add light soy sauce, rock sugar and salt
8. Add chili powder
9. Add pepper powder
10. Stir evenly and simmer over low heat until the soup dries up (simmer over low heat to get the flavor)
11. Remove and serve on a plate
Tips
- Use low heat when frying to prevent burning and bitter taste; add seasonings according to your own taste for spiciness
