Steamed Pork Ribs with Chopped Pepper
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 300g
- Potato 1
- Garlic cloves 4 cloves
- Chopped pepper 1 spoon
- Salt 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Dark soy sauce Half spoon
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Oyster sauce Half spoon
- Black pepper powder 4g
- Cumin powder 4g
Steps
1. Wash the pork ribs

5. Top with light soy sauce
6. Top with dark soy sauce
7. Pour in cooking wine

12. Prepare a potato, peel it and cut it into thin slices

18. Pour in the chopped pepper, I used red lantern chili sauce
