Steamed tofu with olives, vegetables and minced meat
Tofu 300g | Pork mince 80g |
Green onion 20 grams | Olive vegetables 2 tablespoons |
Ginger 1 tablespoon | Dried chili 2 roots |
Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon |
Step 1
1. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce to minced pork. Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce with 1 tablespoon water and set aside.Step 2
2. Add minced ginger and stir evenly.Step 3
3. Add olives and 15 grams of chopped green onion and mix well.Step 4
