Stir-fried bean sprouts with leeks
Ingredients

- Bean sprouts Appropriate amount
- Chives Appropriate amount

Steps
1. It is best to slice the pork with some fat.
2. Wash the bean sprouts
3. Pick the leeks, wash them and cut them into sections
4. Put a small amount of oil into the pot and fry the fat until the oil is released
5. Fry the fat meat until golden and oily, then add lean meat.
6. Remove the meat after frying
7. Use the oil in the pot to stir-fry, first add the leek heads.
8. Then add leek leaves.
9. Add bean sprouts
10. Stir fry for a few times and then add the freshly fried meat slices.
11. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt seasoning
12. Stir-fry evenly before serving.
Tips
- It will taste better if fried in lard.
- Do not stir-fry the bean sprouts for too long.
