Stir-fried beef with celery
Ingredients
- Beef 200g
- Celery 100g
- Carrot 1/2
- Ginger 1 piece
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
- White sugar 1/4 teaspoon
- Starch 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Steps
1. Prepare the materials
2. Cut the beef into thin slices against the grain
3. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and sesame oil
4. Sprinkle in some starch
5. Mix well with chopsticks and marinate for a while
6. Slice celery and carrots
7. Cut the ginger into fine pieces
8. Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger until fragrant
