Stir-fried clams
Ingredients
- Clam 400g
- Onion Half
- Black pepper A little
- White wine A little
- Ginger A little
- Chives A little
- Salt A little
- Oyster sauce A little
- Sugar A little
- Light soy sauce A little
Steps
1. Clams are cheap, delicious and low in calories. After buying it, sprinkle a little salt into the cold water, add the clams, and shake the basin to make the clams spit out sand as soon as possible. Soak for more than half an hour.
2. Use a toothbrush or small brush to clean the surface of the clam.
3. Make a pot of boiling water, put in the clams, and take them out after the clams open their shells. Do not wait too long, otherwise the meat will become old. Remove and drain. Set aside.
4. . Wash half the onion and cut into shreds.
5. Set aside appropriate amounts of shredded ginger and chives.
6. When frying the pot, I like to use a little white wine, which feels more fresh than cooking wine.
7. After heating the pan, add a little oil, add shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant, then add clams and cooking wine. Stir-fry for a few times and then add onions, a little oyster sauce, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and sugar. Just give it a little stir.
8. After all the mouths are opened, remove from the pot and serve
Tips
- This dish is delicious without onions. It is completely stir-fried clams. It is ready in less than a minute on high heat. What you eat is the delicious taste of clams.
- Clam is suitable for eating all year round. Of course, the clams in autumn are the most plump. The clams in winter are thinner and thicker, but they are still very fresh.
