Stir-fried dried bamboo shoots
Ingredients
- Dried bamboo shoots 100g
- Pork belly 100g
- Onions, ginger and garlic Appropriate amount
- Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Oil 100ml
Steps
1. The crispy dried bamboo shoots are easy to preserve. If you are in a hurry to eat it, just boil it in a pot for 1 hour and then soak it in warm water. If you are not in a hurry, soak it slowly in water for 1 to 2 days. Remember to change the water during the soaking process.
2. This is dried bamboo shoots that have been soaked for one day and are not particularly soft. I cooked it for another 10 minutes.
3. The bamboo shoots are so soft that they can be cut off by hand. After repeated washing several times, drain the water and cut into sections.
4. Oyster sauce and light soy sauce.
5. Add more oil to the pan and stir-fry the pork belly. This dish absorbs oil and less oil will not taste good.
6. After seeing that there is only a handful of pork belly left after frying, add some minced meat, stir-fry the meat until it is slightly yellow, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
7. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry a few times.
8. Add dried bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
9. Add oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
10. Bamboo shoots are not very tasty, so add half a bowl of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
11. After the juice is collected, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and it is ready to serve.
