Stir-fried Lotus Root and Seasonal Vegetables
Ingredients
- Little tender lotus root A small section
- Carrot Half root
- Snow peas Appropriate amount
- Salt A little
- Lemon juice A little
- Clear water Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Carrots, washed and peeled
2. Place slices into plates
3. Snow peas, remove stems and wash
4. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil
5. Add a drop of oil, pour the snow peas into the water
6. Finished, load into disk and keep aside
7. Peel and wash the tender lotus root, slice into pieces and set aside
8. Heat the pot, add cold oil to the hot pot, add carrot slices, stir-fry for a while
9. Add lotus root slices
10. Add a little lemon juice and continue to stir-fry
11. Add the watered snow peas and stir-fry briefly
12. Sprinkle some salt
13. Stir thoroughly and enjoy
Tips
- Lemon juice is added to prevent the lotus root slices from turning black
