Stir-fried Pork Belly and Potato Slices
Pork belly 150g | Big Potato one |
Green Spicy Two | Ginger A small piece |
Light soy sauce Two spoons | Oyster sauce Two spoons |

Peel and wash the potatoes!Step 2

No need to add any more. Pour in the potato slices and stir-fry over high heat for about 30 seconds!Step 7
Pour in two spoons of light soy sauce!Step 8
Continue to pour in two tablespoons of oyster sauce and fry for about a minute!Step 9
Put the potatoes on the side of the pot, add the chopped peppers and stir-fry for ten seconds!Step 10
Pour in the reserved meat and stir-fry quickly!Step 11
