Stir-fried Tofu with Chives
Ingredients
- Laodoufu One piece
- Chives Appropriate amount
- Salt 1 spoon
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 pieces
- Chicken essence Half spoon
- Sugar Half spoon
- White pepper Half spoon
Steps
1. Prepare a piece of old tofu and wash it
2. Cut the tofu into square pieces
3. Boil water in a pot and add half a spoonful of salt
4. Put the tofu into the pot and blanch it
5. After cooking, remove and drain the water
6. Beat 2 eggs evenly
7. Pour the eggs into the drained tofu
8. Mix evenly
9. Leeks, washed and drained
10. Cut the leeks into sections
11. Cut 2 garlic cloves into small pieces
12. Add water to the bowl
13. Add 1 spoonful of light soy sauce
14. 1 spoon oyster sauce
15. Half a spoon of salt, sugar
16. Half a spoon of white pepper

18. Heat the oil in a cold pan and pour more oil

20. Fry over low heat
21. Fry until golden on both sides
22. Take out the tofu
