Stir-fried yuba with green pepper
Ingredients
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Yuba 140g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chopped pepper 1/3 tablespoon
- Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce Half tablespoon
- Sesame oil Half tablespoon
- Cooking oil Half tablespoon
- Ginger 2 slices
Steps

2. Soak the yuba in water
3. Soak, cut into sections, boil in boiling water for one minute and take out

5. Carrot slices
6. Cut green pepper into cubes
7. Slice the ginger and prepare the ingredients for later use
8. Take a small bowl, add minced garlic, chopped pepper, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and set aside
9. Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Add carrot slices and stir-fry
10. Fry the carrot slices until soft and add green pepper cubes
11. Stir fry evenly
12. Pour in the prepared bowl of juice and stir-fry

15. Pour in sesame oil, stir well and turn off the heat

Tips
- Green peppers are not easily heated for too long and remain fragrant and green.
