Strawberry Cream Muffin Tree
Waffle mix 100G | Eggs 1 |
Milk 100ml | Vegetable oil 20ml |
Fresh Cream 200ml | Sugar 2 tablespoons |

Step 1
Beat an egg and add milk while stirring evenly.Step 2
Add waffle flour and mix until even and no lumps. The batter is in a fluid state! The thicker the batter, the thicker the waffles will be, and vice versa, the thinner the waffles will be.Step 3
Once the pan is heated, reduce the heat to low and wait for 1 minute.Step 4
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and when bubbles start to appear, flip over.Step 5
The waffles are ready when they start to puff up a little and become thicker, and the bottoms start to brown.Step 6
Spread out about 5 to 7 waffles in order from large to small. (Just make the batter a little less each time.)Step 7
Beat the fresh cream + sugar until 10 minutes. (hard state)Step 8
Slice the strawberries and cut two in half.Step 9
Place a large piece of muffin on a plate, spread with cream, arrange a circle of strawberry slices, and cover with a slightly smaller muffin.Step 10
After stacking them one by one, about 5 to 7 layers are OK. Decorate the top with halved buttercream.Step 11
Sprinkle a circle of chopped strawberries on the plate as a garnish.Step 12
Dust with icing sugar through a sieve. Strawberry Cream Tree Muffin Cooking TipsIf you want to make your own waffle mix, you can use this:
*Waffle mix: 100G flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar
Fresh cream is the kind of cake decoration cream that can be whipped. (Fresh cream cannot be frozen)
The fruit can be replaced with bananas, blueberries, or berries such as cranberries and cherries, but strawberries are definitely the favorite for Christmas desserts.
Powdered sugar: available in supermarkets. (Or you can add sugargrind into powder)
We recommend Morinaga for waffle flour, or you can make your own, as mentioned in the above ingredients.
There is no limit to the number of layers of the waffle tree, just feel free to use it. Too many layers may cause it to collapse haha.
Can I leave it out? It's ok... but adding oil will make it fluffy, soft and delicious.
