Step 1
The chocolate chiffon cake is baked in an eight-inch round mold. After it cools, remove it from the mold and cut it into three pieces.Step 2
Wrap the outside of a clean eight-inch live-bottom round mold with tin foil to prevent the mousse liquid from seeping out, and put oil paper on the bottom to facilitate demolding.Step 3
Add 30 grams of icing sugar to the light cream and beat until six or seven times. Set aside.Step 4
Soak the gelatine tablets in cold water until soft, then put them into milk and hot water until completely dissolved without particles. Add 15 grams of white sugar and melt.Step 5
Pour the slightly cooled milk gelatine liquid into the yogurt and mix evenly, then add the whipped cream and mix evenly, and the mousse liquid is completed.Step 6
