Tips

  1. Spinach is juiced in advance, and pumpkin is steamed and crushed into puree. Both milk and water can be used when making noodles. Adding milk to steam the steamed buns will be softer and taste better. The ratio of white dough, pumpkin dough and spinach dough is about 1:1:0.5. When decorating with black sesame seeds, you can use tweezers or chopsticks to add water and stick the sesame seeds.
