Ten Flavors Sesame Sauce Pancakes
Ingredients

Steps
1. Prepare a hand-made pie crust, soften it at room temperature, and roll it out thin
2. Mix sesame paste, sesame oil, salt and Sichuan peppercorns and mix well to form sesame paste filling. Pour the sesame paste filling on the dough and scrape it with a scraper to spread the sesame paste filling evenly on the dough.
3. Roll up the dough from one end, stretching the dough while rolling to make the dough as thin as possible, and roll several more layers.
4. Cut into 3 equal portions
5. Pinch the two cut surfaces so that the sesame paste filling is not exposed.
6. Place the dough upright on the work surface, flatten it with your hands, and roll it into an oval shape
7. Brush a little water on one side of the cake, put it in the cooked sesame seeds and press it gently to make the cake covered with sesame seeds; I used black sesame seeds instead of white sesame seeds at home
8. Place in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes! The power of each oven is different. The time and temperature are for reference only. If you don’t have an oven, you can use a pan or electric baking pan
9. Serve hot after cooking
