Tofu meatballs
Ingredients
- Pork belly 220g
- Laodoufu 200g
- Egg white 1
- Light soy sauce and cooking wine One spoon each
- Starch 1 spoon
- Salt Appropriate amount
Steps
1. I bought pork belly to make meatballs (you can also buy 7 points fat and 3 points lean)
2. A piece of old tofu
3. Remove the old skin of tofu,
4. Add water to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt, blanch the tofu to remove the beany smell, put it on a plate and let it cool
5. Crush the tofu with the back of a knife, or you can also use a blender, which is even better. The tofu will be fine and the finished product will be more tender. (After crushing the tofu, squeeze out the water. )
6. Chop pork belly
7. Add an egg white
8. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and starch (you can also add grated ginger)
9. Stir it up
10. Add tofu and mix well,
11. Mix the tofu meatball puree, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, and then roll it into balls of about the same size.
12. Add a little more oil to cover the meatballs. Use chopsticks to test the oil temperature. If small bubbles appear around the chopsticks, place the meatballs along the side of the pot and fry over medium heat p>
