Ingredients

Steps
1. Buy chicken breasts, remove from ice and clean them.
2. Sprinkle in 1 and a half spoons of salt and 2 spoons of cooking wine.
3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon white pepper.
4. After smoothing it with your hands, wrap it in plastic wrap and marinate for more than 3 hours. (Chicken breasts are larger and need to be marinated longer)
5. Rinse the chicken breasts with water after marinating.
6. Boil the water in the pot, add 2 slices of fried pancake and 2 spoons of cooking wine, cook for 30 minutes.
7. Remove the cooked chicken breast and bring to room temperature.
8. Tear the chicken into shreds by hand and put on a plate.
9. Wash the garlic cloves and scallions.

11. Pour appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add garlic and scallions and stir-fry until fragrant.
12. Add 1 tablespoon of Korean bibimbap sauce, which is about 3 tablespoons of the seasoning spoon. (The bibimbap sauce itself is very salty, so I didn’t add any more salt)
13. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 and a half spoons of sugar, 2 and a half spoons of balsamic vinegar, 4 spoons of soy sauce, and a little water.
14. After cooking for about 3 minutes, turn off the heat. The seasonings will melt and a strong aroma will waft out.
15. Pour the sauce onto the shredded chicken.
16. Spread the chopped green onions on the chicken shreds and complete.

Tips
- If it is winter and the chicken is cold, you can put the finished product into the pot and steam it for 5 minutes, and you will get another delicious taste at the same time.
