Winter Melon Ball Soup
Ingredients
- Winter melon 500g
- Pork belly 300g
- Eggs 1
- Onions 20 grams
- Ginger 3 slices
- Cilantro 1 plant
- Chicken essence 3g
- Sesame oil 5g
- Extremely fresh soy sauce 15g
- Thirteen fragrant powder Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Chop pork belly into minced meat.
2. Chop the onion and ginger into mince.
3. Add the minced onion and ginger to the minced meat.
4. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and thirteen-spice powder.
5. Crack in an egg.
6. Use chopsticks to stir evenly in one direction and stir vigorously (the chopsticks can stand in the meat filling without falling over). Water can be added appropriately according to the dryness and wetness of the minced meat.
7. Wash, peel and cut the winter melon into slices about 5 mm thick.
8. Wash and mince the coriander.
9. Put an appropriate amount of water (or stock) in the pot, boil until it is slightly boiled (small bubbles just begin to appear at the bottom of the pot), use a spoon to scoop the minced meat into rounds and put it into the pot.
10. Boil the meatballs on low heat.
11. After the meatballs are cooked and set, add the winter melon slices.
12. Cook over medium heat until the winter melon slices become transparent. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. If you like pepper, you can add appropriate amount of pepper to taste.
13. Pour in a little sesame oil before serving.
14. Sprinkle appropriate amount of chopped coriander before serving.
15. Serve.

Tips
- 1. To make the meatballs beautiful, put a little cold water on the spoon, and then scoop the meat filling into rounds.
- 2. Winter melon slices are easy to cook and do not need to be cooked for too long as they will rot.
