Yam Pork Ribs Soup
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 800g
- Yam Appropriate amount
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Green onion 1 handful
- Anise 1 piece
- Cooking wine A little
- Wolfberry A little
- Salt 3g
- Pepper A little
Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients as shown in the picture
2. Put the ribs into the pot with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat
3. Skim off the scum and fish it out
4. Rinse in warm water
5. Take another casserole, add enough mineral water, and add the blanched ribs
6. Add ginger slices and star anise
7. Pour an appropriate amount of rice wine
8. Add onion knots and bring to a boil
9. When peeling yam, it is best to wear gloves
10. After boiling, add a little vinegar, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 1 hour
11. After cleaning the yam, cut it off and soak it in water to prevent it from oxidizing and turning black
12. Add yam and simmer for half an hour
13. When making soup, if there is a lot of soup, you can use chopsticks to prevent the pot from overflowing
14. Add salt and a little pepper to taste
15. Sprinkle another small handful of wolfberry and turn off the heat
