Ingredients
- Maocai material package One package
- Cuttlefish balls 5 pieces
- Crab sticks 4 pieces
- Crispy sausage 3 pieces
- Yuba One
- Orchid Tofu A bunch
- Shiitake mushrooms Four
- Oyster Mushroom Five
- Mung bean sprouts A small handful
- Green cauliflower A few

Steps
1. Cut the crispy sausage into pieces.
2. Soak the yuba in hot water. The yuba I used is relatively soft and easy to soak. It is recommended to soak it in advance.
3. Cut the orchid tofu into pieces.
4. Star the mushrooms, tear open the oyster mushrooms and wash them.
5. Boil water and add a small amount of salt.
6. Wash and cut the green cauliflower.
7. The cuttlefish balls and crab sticks are ready.
8. A group photo of the ingredients.
9. After the water boils, put all the ingredients into the pot and scald until cooked. Put the ones that are not easy to cook first.
10. On medium heat, take a deep pot and put the maocai buns in. I used the spicy maocai buns from Mala Space.
11. Bring to a boil over low heat and the aroma will come out.
12. Add warm water or stock.
13. Cover and bring to a boil.
14. Add the ingredients to the boiling pot.
15. After boiling, turn down the heat and simmer for a while. Because the ingredients are cooked in advance, it doesn’t need to be cooked for too long.
16. After cooking, pour it into a large bowl, sprinkle in white sesame seeds, add a few slices of coriander, and add some chopped pepper to decorate the plate. Start eating.
17. Numb and spicy, but really delicious.
