Ingredients
- Ribs 500g
- Garlic 1 whole
- Green onions 1 paragraph
- Ginger 3 slices
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Dark soy sauce 1 small spoon
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Chicken essence 1 small spoon
- Salt 1 pinch
- White sugar 1 tsp
- Doubanjiang 1 spoon
Steps
1. Buy the ribs and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. Change the water several times to remove the blood
2. Chop green onions (if you can’t eat green onions, you can cut them into large pieces)
3. Mince the ginger
4. Crush the garlic
5. Drain the soaked ribs and add onion, ginger and garlic
6. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce
7. A spoonful of light soy sauce
8. A small spoonful of dark soy sauce
9. A small spoonful of chicken essence
10. A spoonful of cooking wine
11. A pinch of salt
12. A small spoonful of sugar
13. A spoonful of bean paste
14. Mix all the ingredients with the ribs. You can put on disposable gloves and "massage" them
15. Then cover them, seal them and marinate them. In summer, they can be refrigerated and marinated for at least 2 hours or overnight, which will make them more delicious
16. Also prepare some minced garlic
17. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the garlic until it becomes fragrant
18. Take out the marinated ribs, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with garlic oil, and preheat the oven to 230 degrees
19. Then wrap them in tin foil
20. Place in the preheated oven and heat up and down at 230 degrees for 20 minutes
21. Take it out after 20 minutes, remove the tin foil on top, and bake for about 15 minutes
22. When the surface is slightly burnt, paint it and then take it out
23. Let’s try a piece of garlic grilled pork ribs that is fragrant even to the bones
