1. Chop appropriate amount of green onion into fine pieces.

2. I didn’t use spicy soybean paste, so I added some chili peppers and chopped them into pieces for later use.

3. Take two spoons of soybean paste, add light soy sauce and appropriate amount of sugar.

4. Add warm water and stir evenly.

5. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

6. Adjust some starch paste for thickening.

7. Sauté the chilies and green onions in the pot until fragrant.

8. Then add the tofu, which requires arm strength. Hold the pot and shake it up, down, left and right.

9. Add the prepared soybean paste and cook over high heat for three to four minutes.

10. Then add starch paste to thicken the sauce, cook for a minute or two, and then take it out of the pot and start cooking.

11. After frying, it took about six or seven minutes. The whole process, from preparing the ingredients to putting it on the plate.

Tips

  1. If your arm strength is not strong enough, use a spatula to push it over slightly. No need to add salt because the soybean paste has enough flavor.
