Grilled Bean Curd with Shiitake Mushrooms - the happiness brought by the meal!
Ingredients
- Yuba 100g
- Shiitake mushrooms 3 pcs
- Green chili 1 piece
- Onion 10g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Carrot 50g
- Extremely fresh soy sauce 15g
- Dark soy sauce 15g
- Oyster sauce 15g
- White sugar 6 grams
- Edible oil 20g
- Starch 7 grams
Steps
1. Soak the yuba in advance and wash it.
2. Pinch the soaked and washed yuba dry and cut into inch sections.
3. Slice the carrots.
4. Chop the green onions and slice the garlic.
5. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices.
6. Cut the green pepper into hob pieces.
7. Use starch to make a bowl of gravy. (The bowl of gordonin should be thin but not thick. If it is too thick, the stir-fried vegetables will form into lumps, which will affect the taste and appearance)
8. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and garlic until fragrant.
9. Add mushrooms and stir-fry.
10. Add carrots and yuba.

Tips
- 1. The bowl of gordonin should be thin but not thick. If it is too thick, the stir-fried vegetables will form into lumps, which will affect the taste and appearance.
- 2. Soy sauce and oyster sauce are already salty, so there is no need to add salt.
