Beef brisket pot with radish
Ingredients
- Beef Brisket 800g
- White radish 2/3 root
- Ginger 6 slices
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cooking wine 5 grams
- Oyster sauce 5 grams
- Light soy sauce 5 grams
- Salt 10g
- Stew meat package 1 package
- Aniseed 2 capsules
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 10 capsules
- Green onion 1/3 root
- Scallions 1 root
- Cilantro 1 root
- Wolfberry 20 capsules
Steps
1. Prepare the beef brisket, wash and set aside.
2. Boil water in a pot, pour in beef brisket and bring to a boil. When the beef brisket is cooked to foam, turn off the heat.
3. Take out the beef brisket, wash and set aside.
4. Cut green onions and ginger slices.
5. Put the beef brisket, onion and ginger into the pressure cooker.
6. Add seasonings, salt, aniseed, pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and stewed meat packets.
7. Add 1000ml water. Lift the lid and select the beef tendon setting, and the pressure cooker starts working.
8. The beef brisket will be cooked in about 50 minutes.
9. Take out a bowl of beef brisket with soup. Prepare white radish, onions, garlic, and coriander.
10. Chop the side dishes and set aside.
11. Cut the radish into pieces and set aside.
12. Choose a casserole, heat it over high heat, and pour in the cooked beef brisket.
13. Add white radish.
14. Add onions and garlic and stir evenly.
15. Add an appropriate amount of beef brisket soup, just enough to cover the food.
16. Simmer for 10 minutes and add a small amount of wolfberry.
17. The radish is ready to be cooked.
18. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with minced coriander.
19. A warm bowl of radish and beef brisket pot is ready. It is delicious when paired with rice and noodles.

Tips
- Beef brisket is not easy to cook. Use a pressure cooker to cook it faster. Stewing radish and beef brisket in a casserole will taste better than cooking it in a wok, which is very suitable for eating this way in winter!
