Steps
1. ·Ingredients· 300g duck feet, 5g dried chili, 1g bay leaves 2g cinnamon, 3g Sichuan peppercorns, 5g ginger slices 80g rock sugar, 40g dark soy sauce, 40g light soy sauce, 80g cooking wine
2. Put duck feet into the pot with cold water
3. Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and other seasonings in sequence
