- Dried shiitake mushrooms 50g
- Oil 35g
- Light soy sauce 10g
- Dark soy sauce 5 grams

Steps
1. Soak the dried mushrooms in advance
2. Chop the mushrooms
3. Prepare tofu
4. Cut the tofu into pieces

Tips
- Frying tofu requires medium heat. Frying it twice will make the tofu taste better
