Dark Chocolate 200g | Cream 90g |
Cointreau 3g | Two-layer mango mousse: milk 50g |
Gelatin tablets 1 tablet | Mango meat filling 80g |

Step 1
Soak gelatine sheets in ice water until soft and set asideStep 2
Whipped cream is ready. First make chocolate mousse. Add dark chocolate to milk and heat over water until the chocolate is completely melted.Step 3
