Cold Bean Curd
Ingredients
- Yuba 200g
- Cucumber 50g
- Carrot 50g
- Extremely fresh flavor 1 spoon
- Vinegar 2 spoons
- Sugar Half spoon
- Cooked white sesame seeds 1 spoon
- Chili oil 1 teaspoon
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Cilantro Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Soak the yuba in cold water for 6 hours in advance until there is no hard core
2. Blanch in a pot under boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain into cold water
3. Pinch dry and cut into sections
4. Wash carrots and cucumbers, slice them and set aside
5. Pour carrots, cucumbers and yuba into the basin
6. Add vinegar
7. Extremely fresh soy sauce
8. Appropriate amount of sugar and salt
9. Add chili oil according to personal taste, optional
10. Cook white sesame seeds and stir well
11. Arrange the coriander and complete
Tips
- If you like garlic, you can add an appropriate amount of garlic juice
