Steps
1. Put 100 grams of corn flour into a basin. 100 grams of corn flour is about the amount of a flat cup filled with a disposable water cup

3. Add 200 grams of flour and 3 grams of yeast powder and stir evenly

7. Stir the proofed batter to remove all the gas inside
8. Prepare a container and brush it with cooking oil. It can be a cake mold, a stainless steel basin, or even a bowl
9. Pour the batter in, shake the container and shake it vigorously a few times. Let the gas inside drain out
10.Place jujubes on the batter. If there are no jujubes, you can put other dried fruits, such as raisins, walnuts, dried cranberries, etc.
11. Cover with a layer of plastic wrap, poke a few small holes with toothpicks on the plastic wrap, and then steam. The surface of the steamed cake will be smoother
12. Steam for 40 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes
