Dried Tofu 3 tablets | Chives Appropriate amount |

Step 1
Food processing is as shown below: Add the pork shreds and marinade ingredients and mix well to seal in the oil. Cut the dried beans into shreds. Cut the leeks into sections and separate the stems and leaves.Step 2
Heat a pan with cold oil, add 5 layers of heat and stir-fry the shredded pork until it changes colour.Step 3
Add dried tofu and vine pepper and stir-fry, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir well.Step 4
