Durian 200g | cream cheese 60g |
Butter 40g | Cornstarch 100g |
Milk 125g | Condensed milk 20g |
White sugar 35g |
Step 1
Soften the butter and cream cheese at room temperature and beat with a whisk until smooth.Step 2
Add durian meat and powdered sugar and beat evenly.Step 3
Add milk, condensed milk, cornstarch and mix well.Step 4
Place in the steamer and stir every three minutes until there is no running liquid.Step 5
Pour the steamed filling into a non-stick pan and fry until golden in color and reduced in volume.Step 6
