Hot and sour chicken gizzards
Ingredients
- Chicken gizzards 250g
- Yellow and red pepper Half each
- Pickled pepper 1 small bowl
- Green onion Half cut
- Ginger A small piece
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Sugar Half spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 2 spoons
- Salt 1/4 spoon
- Water starch A small bowl
Steps
1. Wash the chicken gizzards, add a piece of green onion, some slices of ginger, pepper, cooking wine, a spoonful of salt, and soak for 1 hour to remove the fishy smell
2. Ingredients Garlic and ginger minced
3. Dice the pickled peppers and colored peppers (if you are afraid of spicy food, you can add less pickled peppers)
4. Soaked chicken gizzards, washed and sliced
5. Add a little more oil than usual for cooking, and sauté onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed and chili pepper (I was afraid it would not be spicy, so I added another chili pepper)
6. Pour in chicken gizzards and stir-fry
7. Add 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, and continue stir-frying
8. Add diced pickled pepper
9. Finally add diced colored peppers, pour in water starch, stir-fry to reduce the juice, add salt, and remove from the pot
10. For the sake of appearance, I sprinkled some green onions after serving
11. Bright color and easy to eat
12. If you are afraid of spicy food, add less pickled pepper
Tips
- 1. Wash the chicken gizzards and use onion and ginger water to remove the smell according to the steps
- 2. When frying, stir-fry is required, so in fact, seasonings such as oyster sauce and light soy sauce should be prepared in a small bowl in advance
- 3. If you are afraid of spicy food, use less pickled pepper and chili pepper
